With these objectives in mind, 7MARK Pte Ltd has its own Anti Bribery and Anti Corruption (“ABC”) Policy, which is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations for the prevention of bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the Prevention of Corruption Act, Chapter 241 of Singapore (“PCA”), the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010 (“UKBA”) and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”).
To complement the ABC Policy, we have our Gifts and Entertainment Policy to ensure that such practices are allowed only if they do not violate any applicable laws or improperly influence the decisions of the person involved.
In addition, 7MARK Pte Ltd also has a Code of Conduct Policy for its employees which addresses some key areas pertaining to our business approach and handling of confidential information as well as conflicts of interest. This is to set the professional standards that are reasonably expected of our personnel.
